Our Process

Your Vision, Our Process

At Carbery Construction, we believe that every great renovation starts with a clear plan and a seamless process. From the first conversation to the final walk-through, we’re here to bring your vision to life. Here’s how we do it:

1

Consultation

Your renovation journey begins with a free consultation. We take the time to understand your goals, style preferences, and budget. Whether you’re envisioning a modern kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, or a complete home transformation, we’re here to listen and guide you every step of the way.

2

Design & Planning

After the initial consultation, we will send you a design proposal. For smaller projects, such as a one-off bathroom, this step may not be necessary if there’s already a clear picture of the scope of work and finishes involved. However, for larger projects without a defined scope of work, we will provide a detailed design proposal. This allows us to deliver an accurate lump-sum quote. If you already have a design from an external designer, we’re happy to provide quotes based on their drawings.

3

Transparent Lump-Sum Quote

We provide a comprehensive and transparent quote, outlining the full scope of work and timelines. No hidden fees, no surprises—just honest communication to help you make confident decisions about your project. If there are still some finish selections to be decided, we’ll include these as allowance items with our best-guess estimate.

4

Permits & Preparations

We take care of all the necessary permits and approvals. Our team also prepares your home for the upcoming transformation by protecting existing structures and ensuring everything is ready for a smooth start.

5

Construction & Renovation

Once preparations are complete, our skilled craftsmen get to work. We focus on making your renovation as stress-free as possible with our quality workmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping your project on schedule. For trades like electrical and plumbing, we partner with our trusted, licensed subcontractors.

6

Final Walk-Through & Finishing Touches

When the project is complete, we’ll walk through the space with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We don’t consider the job done until you’re 100% satisfied.

7

Post-Project Support

Even after the tools are packed away, we’re here for you. We stand by the quality of our work and offer a 3-year warranty on our craftsmanship.
